For the sake of getting accommodation for the families of fallen soldiers our team provides the following:
- Seeking unfinished apartment houses, seeking non-residential buildings for transferring them into housing fund on the grounds of expert summaries for of their further reconstruction
- Seeking and involving investors for completion (carrying out) construction (reconstruction) of these objects;
- Involving experts and specialists for evaluation the possibility to transfer such objects from non-residential into residential, including preparation for construction (reconstruction) projects;
- Interaction with the competent local authorities and governments concerning preparation, collection and providing documents for transferring non-residential buildings into residential;
- Involving specialists for author’s and technical supervision of construction (reconstruction) projects implementation;
- Involving contracting organizations for construction works;
- Preparing and collecting documents necessary to obtain sufficient licenses for construction completion and commissioning of residential buildings;
- Supporting property right registration for accommodation.
